I recently had a wonderful stay at a boutique hotel near the famous West Lake attraction. The hotel was situated in a serene location surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The cozy and well-designed rooms were clean and offered fantastic amenities, such as top-notch bathroom facilities, comfortable beds and thoughtful room decor. The staff was super-friendly and welcoming, always available to assist. The delicious breakfast served in stylish Chinaware was an added bonus.

The communication with the staff was a bit challenging.

We had an amazing stay with great views and Chinese cultural elements. Comfortable bed, thoughtful decor, and friendly staff. Quaint afternoon tea and made-in-Hangzhou high tea options were satisfying. Location is perfect but taxis may struggle to find the hotel.

The restaurant and the breakfast served here was fantastic, I absolutely loved having my meal here. The bed was very comfortable, and the room's elegant design was a great touch.

The staff had an almost zero command of the English language, which made it difficult to communicate and place orders. Another major issue was the lack of enforcement of the no-smoking policy, which resulted in my room smelling of tobacco.
